What changes

Less circling. More choosing, saying, doing.

Personal and professional questions rarely stay in separate boxes. The focus is on what you want to change — and how that change takes shape beyond the conversation.

Choices that feel like yours

Separate your own priorities from other people’s expectations. Make a decision you understand, rather than one driven by guilt, pressure, or habit.

Conversations that go somewhere

Name the tension, hear what’s behind it, and work toward a next step — in a relationship, a family, or a shared professional challenge.

Momentum without a perfect plan

An idea, a business direction, or a personal goal doesn’t need every answer at once. Narrow the focus, test a first step, and learn as you go.

A steadier way through change

When familiar ground shifts — a relationship, a career, a sense of belonging — work out what to keep, what to leave, and how you want to move forward.

The Perspective

What’s really going on?

“The obvious problem isn’t always the whole story.”

  • Look beneath the surface

A disagreement may hide an unmet expectation. A stalled decision may involve competing priorities, not a lack of ambition.

  • Make room for the real picture

In relationships, work, or business, useful questions and a neutral view help separate facts from assumptions — without brushing feelings aside.

  • Find something you can act on

A clearer boundary. A shared understanding. A smaller first step. Not someone else’s answer, but a choice that makes sense beyond the conversation.

The Work

Effort is rarely the missing piece.

Trying harder won’t settle a choice that isn’t yours or a conversation that keeps missing the point. Start with what matters, notice what’s in the way, and test a different move — for one person or several.

For Individuals

Understand yourself and the environment you are in. Find your next step.

Self-Discovery

Notice the habits, expectations, and assumptions behind a choice. Separate what feels like an obligation from what actually matters to you.

Strategic Alignment

Bring your values, ambitions, and everyday realities into the same picture. Decide what deserves your energy — and what no longer does.

Experimentation

Try the boundary, have the conversation, or test a smaller version of the idea. Learn from what happens, adjust, and keep moving instead of waiting for certainty.

For Groups

(2 or more people)

Facilitated Conversations

When people keep talking past each other, the conversation needs a different structure. Neutral facilitation makes room for each perspective, brings the unsaid into the open, and helps people find a way forward together — in families, partnerships, or teams. The relationship matters as much as the disagreement.

  • Untangle interpersonal conflict
  • Restore alignment
  • Rebuild trust

On paper, I’ve done respectable adult things — global companies, senior roles, patents, big decisions, business impact, the whole LinkedIn-approved buffet, along with an MBA and a master’s in electrical and computer engineering. I’ve built a career across industries and countries, reinvented myself more than once, and lived through enough plot twists to know that “the plan” is usually just a rough draft life enjoys editing without permission.

Off paper, I’m endlessly curious — deep conversations and big ideas, wellness and fitness, architecture and design, deep house music and acoustics, human behavior, ancient civilizations, extraterrestrial stuff, nature, and connecting with people who are becoming more themselves.

Somewhere along the way, I’ve become pretty good at holding intensity calmly, seeing what actually matters, and bringing perspective without making things heavier than they need to be. I’m thoughtful, direct but kind, serious when it matters, rarely opposed to humor, and always up for a meaningful conversation powered by curiosity and beverage-based diplomacy.

Why I do this work

The work that mattered most was always transformation — of products, of systems, of people at a turning point. I kept coaching and mentoring outside of work, and it was the part I always came back to. Now it’s the work I’ve chosen.

The instinct is simple: leave things better than I found them. You bring what matters to you; I bring curiosity, discernment, and a little humor.

“You can keep what shaped you—and still choose what defines you.”

Ways We Can Work Together

How would you like to work together?

Coaching for you. A sounding board over time. A facilitated conversation. Or a fresh voice at your event.

Mediation, Facilitation & Conflict Resolution

When disagreement takes over — at home, in a partnership, or at work — another round of the same argument isn’t the answer. Neutral mediation and facilitation bring the real issue into the open, give each perspective room, and help people agree on a practical way forward.

  • Move beyond repeated arguments to the issue underneath
  • Find common ground without forcing agreement
  • Clarify priorities, expectations, and next steps

Executive & Leadership Coaching

A confidential sounding board when responsibility is heavy and the answer isn’t obvious. Think aloud, challenge assumptions, and prepare for consequential choices. I can also join as an observer and give candid feedback on what’s happening in the room.

  • Sort competing priorities before doing everything at once
  • Rehearse a difficult conversation before it happens
  • Build agreement without relying on authority

Personal & Professional Coaching

You can be capable and still feel stuck. Whether it’s a relationship, a change in direction, or an idea you want to pursue, coaching helps you work out what you want — and what you’re ready to do about it.

  • Set boundaries without letting guilt make the decision
  • Navigate change without losing your sense of self
  • Turn a business idea into a focused first step you can test
  • Move past overthinking and the need to get everything perfect

Keynotes, Speaking & Workshops

Conversations that give your audience something to think about — and something to use. Invite me to speak at your event, panel, or workshop about the choices and tensions that shape personal and professional change, with a little humor in between.

  • Self-agency amid expectations and pressure
  • Conflict, belonging, and the things left unsaid
  • Moving from insight to intentional action

How the Engagement Works

A shared direction. Room to adapt.

A thoughtful starting point, a focus shaped together, and space to learn from what happens next.

  1. Step 1

    Start with a conversation

Tell me what’s happening and what you’d like to change. We’ll explore whether working together feels right.

  2. Step 2

    Shape the work together

We’ll agree on the focus, format, and pace that fit your situation — and what progress would look like for you.

  3. Step 3

    Put insight into practice

As you bring ideas into everyday decisions and conversations, we’ll reflect together on what’s helping and where to adjust.

FAQ

The questions worth asking first.

How this works — one person, or several in the room.

What does staying neutral mean?

It means not picking a winner or pushing a preferred answer. Whether it’s a personal choice, mismatched family expectations, a partnership disagreement, or tension at work, every view gets a fair hearing — and the decision stays with the people involved.

What if nobody says the real thing out loud?

We make room to name it, without rushing or blaming. That could be an expectation in a relationship, a disagreement in a team or business, or something you haven’t admitted to yourself yet.

Does everyone need to be in the room?

No. Coaching on your own can change how you respond and what you choose. When a disagreement is shared, mediation or a facilitated conversation with the people involved may help too — and we can decide that together.

How is this different from advice?

Advice is someone’s answer handed over. This starts with what’s actually going on, then a few options that fit, then a real test — a conversation, a decision — and an honest look at what worked.

What if the situation is simply unfair?

We don’t pretend a better attitude will make it fair. The work is figuring out what you can change, which boundaries matter, and whether staying or leaving makes more sense.
